SBMJC wins

BANGALORE: Sri Bhagwan Mahaveer Jain College (SBMJC) won the Bangalore University inter-collegiate men’s basketball tournament, conducted by the Kristu Jayanti College at its premises.

In the inter-zone final league match, SBMJC outplayed Kristu Jayanti 62-27 with Sujan (18 points) stealing the show. Sujan incidentally was voted ‘player of the tournament’. Kristu Jayanti and CMRIMS from north zone and SBMJC and Surana from south zone had qualified for the inter-zone event.
