Mumbai Champs records first win

HYDERABAD: Mumbai Champs recorded its first win of the edition with a 13-run victory over Ahmedabad Rockets in the ICL Twenty20 domestic cricket championship on Saturday.

The scores: Mumbai Champs 140 for six in 20 overs (Robin Morris 68) bt Ahmedabad Rockets 127 in 18.5 overs (Avinash Yadav three for 20); Chennai Superstars 123 for nine in 20 overs (Hemanth Kumar 35, Syed Shahabuddin three for 20) lost to Hyderabad Heroes 126 for three in 19.3 overs (Ambati Rayudu 53, Sashank Nag 36).
