UPA should resign : Swamy

CHENNAI: The Janata Party president, Subramanian Swamy, on Saturday demanded the immediate resignation of the UPA government and holding of elections to the Lok Sabha.

He said, the government had failed to prevent terrorist acts even in the national capital.

The time had come for the people to elect a strong patriotic government to replace the present one, he said in a statement here.
