Basketball trials

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The trials to select the Kerala men’s and women’s teams, to take part in the 50th South Zone senior basketball championships to be held in Hospet, Bellary district in Karnataka from October 16 to 20, will be conducted on October 7.

The trials to select the men’s team will begin at 7 a.m. on October 7 at the Rajiv Gandhi indoor stadium in Kochi, while that of the women’s team will be held at the Quilon Athletic Club court, Kollam from 4 p.m. on the same day.
