Resigns from EDS Advisory Board

Jerry Rao

BANGALORE: Jaithirth (Jerry) Rao, Chairman, EDS Asia Pacific Advisory Board and founder of MphasiS, has decided to resign from the company. Mr. Jerry was its Chairman and Managing Director from 2001 to 2006. He continued as non-executive Chairman of the Board till early 2008.
