Samsung to produce new DRAM next month

SEOUL: Samsung Electronics Co, world’s largest computer memory chipmaker, is planning to begin mass production of its latest and fastest chip model, 2-gigabit DDR3 DRAM (dynamic random access memory), from next month, a company statement said on Monday.
