Appointed KERC members

BANGALORE: Vishwanath G. Hiremath, Director (Law) of Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited, and K. Srinivasa Rao, Member-Secretary of Southern Regional Power Committee of Central Electricity Authority, have been appointed members of the Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission (KERC). A notification in this regard was issued by the State Government on Tuesday. The appointment has been made on the recommendations of a search committee headed by retired High Court judge R.
