New Delhi: Grandmaster P. Harikrishna won the Spice Cup Chess tournament with a final round victory over Gregory Kaidanov of USA at Texas University in Lubbock in USA on Monday. The 22-year-old Indian, who was placed third after the penultimate round, shared the top spot with GMs Varuzhan Akobian, Alexander Onischuk and Leonid Kritz finishing with 5.5 points out of the possible nine in the prestigious Category 16 tournament.
