The Housing Loan Exhibition organized by the State Bank of India has many special features that give a reason for customers to avail housing loan at the exhibition.

The State Bank of India offers special concessions over the interest rate and processing fee and provides on the spot ’in principle’ approval of home loans availed here.

A very wide range of houses and flats of 20 prominent flat builders are available and the customers can examine the features of each flat/house in detail and choose the flat according to their budget and other preferences.

State Bank of India also offers the home loan for those who have already invested on a property but now wish to avail loan. The State Bank of India gives Home Loans for reimbursing expenditure made for construction, / repairs, etc during the preceding 12 months. They also takeover Home Loans from other Banks if the customers desire to switchover to State Bank of India.
