Reward

BHADRAVATI: Mohammed Jaffar and Mohammed Hasibulla, both residents of Sadath Colony here, who found a bag containing Rs. 17,000 in cash, a bank cheque book containing 18 leaves and a few other documents lying near the Sadath Darga at Tarikere Road on September 27, have handed it over to member of the Railway Consultative Committee (Mysore Division) Mohammed Sanaulla.

Mr. Sanaulla has, in turn, informed the Sub-Inspector of Police of the Old Town Police Station K. Kumar.

The police then contacted K.A. Thangavelu, a resident of Gobishettypalyam in Tamil Nadu, who had lost the bag on September 10 while returning to his place after buying an old tractor at Bhadravati.

Mr. Thangavelu rewarded the youth with Rs. 500 each for their honesty.
