Christ Junior College wins both matches

BANGALORE: Christ Junior College won both its matches in the boys’ section of the M.C. Srinivas memorial inter-collegiate basketball tournament here on Friday.

Christ Junior College defeated St. Joseph’s European Boys School 42-17 and followed it up with a victory over SBM Jain Junior College 52-27.

The results: Boys: SBM Jain JC bt Al Ameen JC 42-28; Christ JC bt St. Joseph’s European Boys School 42-17; Surana JC bt Vijaya JC 42-22; Christ JC bt SBM Jain JC 52-27.

Girls: SBM Jain JC bt Mount Carmel JC 52-27; Bishop Cotton Girls School bt Mount Carmel College 57-24.
