Rice arriving today

New Delhi: U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will arrive here on Saturday on a two-day visit but it is not clear whether the Indo-U.S. nuclear deal will be signed. She will meet Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and hold talks with External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee. — PTI
