Mahidhara’s gated community project

CHENNAI: The Hyderabad-based Mahidhra Projects Pvt. Ltd. is developing nearly 122 plots on 10 acres at Sriperumbudur near Chennai. The new venture, Mahidhara Capital, offers DTCP (District Town and Country Planning) approved plots and villas. In the first phase, around 56 plots ranging between 1,650 sq. ft. and 2,700 sq. ft. are being developed. In the second phase, it will develop villas as per customers’ specifications.
