Hike in income limit welcomed

HYDERABAD: B. Babu Rao Varma, former member of National Commission for Backward Classes, has welcomed the hike in the income limit for reservations to the Other Backward Classes from Rs. 2.5 lakh to 4.5 lakh per annum. In a statement, he said the hike would greatly help backward class students seeking admission to IITs and other Central educational institutions.
