Pensioners’ plea

Chennai: Around 3,000 pensioners belonging to BSNL Tamil Nadu and Chennai Telephones have sent post cards to the Department of Telecommunications urging it to expedite the merger of 50 percent Industrial Dearness Allowance with their basic pension.
