Water pipeline from Somasila backwaters

KADAPA: A pipeline is being laid from Somasila backwaters to Kadapa to cater to the drinking water needs of the district headquarters, Kadapa Mayor P. Ravindranath Reddy said on Monday.

A Rs. 29.72 crore drinking water scheme executed with Central government grants was nearing completion, he said in the grievance cell meeting in Kadapa Municipal Corporation. -Special Correspondent
