SALEM: The Salem Steel Plant conducted a medical camp as a part of its Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives at Thottiyur in Konagapadi village. Plant Executive Director B. B. Singh inaugurated the camp. A team of doctors from the plant screened over 400 people. Medical cards were also issued. Thirty-two persons were identified for cataract surgery, which would be done free of cost at the plant’s main hospital.
