BSP plans jeep rally

Bangalore: The State unit of the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) is planning to kick off a 12-day jeep rally from Bidar, Karwar, Chamarajanagar, Kolar and Nippani on October 16, in protest against the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) Government’s decision to sign the nuclear deal with the United States. It will cover all the 224 Assembly constituencies and culminate on October 26 at Chitradurga, where a public function is scheduled to be held.
