Eli Lilly to buy ImClone for over $6 b


NEW YORK: Drug maker Eli Lilly & Co. said on Monday it had agreed to buy biotechnology company ImClone Systems for more than $6 billion in a deal that would expand its pipeline of cancer treatments.
