Kollam boxers do well

KOZHIKODE: Kollam with 58 points emerged the champion in the State junior girls’ boxing championship at Atholi here on Sunday night. Kottayam finished runner-up with seven points.

Kollam also claimed the sub-junior girls’ team title, with 25 points, seven ahead of Kottayam.

Host Kozhikode won the sub-junior boys’ team title with 51 points, while Ernakulam finished runner-up with 27 points.
