CARRYING HOME FOND MEMORIES: Students of M.S.Ramaiah Institute of Technology (MSRIT) with the BIAL officials at Doddaballapur. BANGALORE: It was a unique experience for a senior official of the Bangalore International Airport Ltd. (BIAL) on Sunday, who was introduced to the Indian tradition and culture. For, a band of yoth had invited the Chief Operating Officer of BIAL Marcel Hungerbuchler to take part in the Navarathri festivities that are known for the doll arrangements. Mithunchakravarthi H.D., a student of M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology, had invited Mr. Hungerbuchler to his residence at Doddaballapur where dolls had been neatly arranged as part of Navarathri festival. “We wanted to introduce Mr. Hungerbuchler to the great Indian tradition of doll arrangements during the Dasara festival, and he obliged by visiting our residence,” Mr. Mithunchakravarthi said. He said that Mr. Hungerbuchler was inquisitive about the doll arrangement, the tradition and culture behind it. Mr. Mithunchakravarthi’s friends from MSRIT including T. Naveen, N. Preethan, N.
