U.P. to transfer Kumbh Mela area to Uttarakhand

Uttar Pradesh has agreed in principle to hand over the ownership rights of Kumbh Mela area comprising Har-Ki-Pauri and VIP Ghat in Hardwar to Uttarakhand.
