A sentence in the last paragraph of a report “End atrocities on Sri Lankan Tamils, Thangkabalu urges Manmohan” (October 8, 2008) was “The TNCC president condemned All India Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam general secretary Jayalalithaa for her comments against Dr. Singh and said she had no locus standi to criticise him.
