Chennai: The 201st Thirunakshatram (bicentenary) of Sri Rangaramanuja Mahadesikan, a renowned Vaishnavite savant, better known as ‘Kethandapatti Swami’, will be celebrated on November 2 at Kethandapatti village near Vaniyambadi in Vellore district. A booklet on the Swami’s life, compiled by V. Srivatsankachariar, will be released on the occasion by the head of Parakala Math. The Pavithrotsavam of the Aravamudha Perumal temple in the village will be held from November 3 to 6. Further details can be had from C.D.
