Easy for JIRS

BANGALORE: Jain International Residential School (JIRS) and Vidyaniketan School registered contrasting wins in the KSCA Boost Cup under-16 cricket tournament here on Friday.

JIRS defeated Holy Saint English School by 133 runs while Vidyaniketan prevailed over Army Public School by 17 runs.

The scores: Vidyaniketan School 104 in 27 overs (Ungad five for 46, Vivek five for 36) bt Army Public School 87 in 25 overs (Yashas five for 22).

Jain International Res. School: 199 in 42.3 overs (Vishank 50, M. Nithin four for 20) bt Holy Saint Eng. School 66 in 24.3 overs (Rudy four for 14).
