JACTO to hold strike preparatory meetings

HYDERABAD: The Joint Action Committee of AP Teachers’ Organisations (JACTO) will conduct ‘strike preparatory meetings’ in all districts from October 14, prior to the indefinite strike of teachers from October 22. This decision was taken here on Saturday by the steering committee. A press release issued by the committee said JACTO leaders would attend the meetings. The committee appealed to the Government to give up its ‘negligent’ attitude towards problems of teachers.
