NCC sailing expedition begins

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A team of 30 Naval NCC cadets set out on a 10-day backwater sailing expedition from the Priyadarsini Boat Club at Kappil near here on Saturday.

The team led by Commander Krishan Kumar, Commanding Officer of No.1 Kerala Naval unit NCC, includes three girl cadets, five naval instructors, two Associate NCC officers and five civilian staff. —Special Correspondent
