A diploma for aspiring politicians

BANGALORE: A Bangalore-based educational institution will soon launch a diploma for political aspirants. The three-month course on “political excellence” by the National Institute of Political Excellence will cover Indian History, Political Science, Gandhian philosophy, important laws and procedures followed in civic bodies, legislature and Parliament. Institute chairman Prof. G. B. Raju told a press conference here on Saturday that already 35 people have enrolled for the course.
