A BETTER DEAL: Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit inaugurating a new branch of Kendriya Bhandar at Gulabi Bagh Government Housing Colony in North Delhi on Saturday. She said her government would facilitate opening of more such branches so that local residents and others living in nearby colonies are able to buy best quality items of daily use at reasonable prices.
