Setting the mood for X-mas

HAPPY MIX: Courtyard by Marriott organised a cake-mixing ceremony for its long-staying members, dignitaries from the U.S., British, German and Japanese consulates and their guests. The pile of chopped nuts, cherries, raisins, candied peel and almonds, with other ingredients, will season for a few weeks, soaking in a luxuriant broth. Its transformation into cakes and puddings for Christmas will augment the merriment of the festival. Here children are seen mixing the ingredients on Saturday.
