Deepan wins blitz title

CHENNAI: GM J. Deepan Chakkravarthy (Indian Oil, Madurai) won the Tamil Nadu blitz chess championship that concluded here on Sunday. Deepan scored seven points to finish ahead of IM M.R. Venkatesh, who also scored the same number of points.
