‘Hello, hello…’

“Calls are disconnected every fifteen minutes and often the time gets reduced to five minutes. And at times, I have to keep on redialling the number.”

“The signal reception is really weak in the campus. There are times when the call gets connected and suddenly, 10 minutes into the conversation, it gets abruptly disconnected. Then there is no signal at all for a few minutes. I call up the customer care people and they say it is a technical snag which will rectified. But nothing is done.”
