SGDC prevails

KOCHI: SGDC, Nayarambalam, defeated Government HSS, Pulianam, 25-12, 25-13, 25-7 in a women’s match of the 13th Pappan memorial Ernakulam District volleyball championship at Chuttikkad, near Moothakunnam, on Wednesday.

Earlier, in the men’s section on Tuesday, Cochin Port Trust defeated Cochin Customs 23-25, 26-24, 18-25, 25-19, 15-12.
