BHUBANESWAR: National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) on Thursday said efforts were on to give weaker sections and low-income groups access to financial services at an affordable cost. At the first State-level seminar on financial inclusion organised by NABARD, banking institutions such as the RBI, the State Bank of India, the UCO Bank and the Orissa State Cooperative Bank supported the idea of financial inclusion.
