BCCI initiated the move to talk to ICL

Mumbai: Dave Richardson, General Manager, Cricket–ICC, clarified that it was the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) which took the initiative to talk to the representatives of the Indian Cricket League at the ICC Board meeting in Dubai.

“The ICC did not tell the BCCI. I don’t think the BCCI wants to divide cricket, it wants cricket to be one family.” — Special Correspondent
