New Delhi: Ace Indian shuttler Chetan Anand moved into the quarterfinals of the Dutch Open badminton tournament in Amsterdam on Thursday even as Anand Pawar fell by the wayside. Sixth-seeded Anand defeated unseeded Dyonisius H. Rumbaka of Indonesia 21-16, 19-21, 21-19. However, 16th-seeded Pawar lost 19-21, 20-22 to Indonesian third seed Andre K. Tedjono. Meanwhile, Aditi Mutatkar took just 26 minutes to storm into the women’s quarterfinals, defeating Rachel van Cutsen 21-18, 21-10.
