Kiwis to train at PPBA

BANGALORE: The New Zealand junior badminton team, comprising six boys and five girls which participated in the Commonwealth Youth Games at Pune, will train at the Prakash Padukone Badminton Academy, here from Saturday.

The team would also play a friendly match against PPBA’s Indian trainees on October 20.

The training programme at Bangalore is part of the New Zealand players’ preparation for the World junior championship to be held at Pune from October 25.
