Tiger skin seized

MALAPPURAM: The police seized a tiger’s skin and arrested a person in this connection here on Tuesday. Vinod Kanhirathod, 26, from Palakkad was rounded up from Kavungal, near here, while proceeding to Valanchery with the tiger skin, the police said. The tiger skin brought from Palakkad was meant to have been delivered to an agent at Valanchery. A case has been registered and investigation is on. — Staff Reporter
