Cosmo Films to expand

MUMBAI: Cosmo Films plans to invest Rs. 220 crore for expanding the capacity of bi-axially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) or plastic-based flexible packaging to 1.38 lakh tonnes from 58,000 tonnes by March 2010. It will also raise the capacity of thermal films to 22,000 tonnes from 18,000 tonnes by March 2009.
