Bajaj Electricals sales and profit up

MUMBAI: Bajaj Electricals has reported net sales of Rs. 378.60 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2008 against Rs. 304.20 crore in the same quarter in the previous year. The profit before tax was Rs. 19.10 crore against Rs. 20.86 crore and the profit after tax Rs. 12.20 crore against Rs. 13.18 crore, according to a release. — Corporate Reporter
