Interim injunction extended

MADURAI: The Madras High Court Bench here on Monday extended, until further orders, the interim injunction on declaring the results of the violence marred by-poll to Ward 52 of Madurai Corporation.

A Division Bench comprising Justices K. Ravirajapandian and P.P.S. Janarthana Raja also adjourned the hearing on a public interest litigation petition filed by All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam candidate to November 3.
