Primesh, Lisamma best athletes

KOCHI: Chennai’s P.S. Primesh and Kottayam’s Lisamma Joseph emerged as the best athletes in the men’s and women’s sections of the 42nd LIC South Zone athletics meet which concluded at the Maharaja’s Stadium here on Thursday.

Olympian Shiny Wilson inaugurated the two-day event on Wednesday and M.R. Kumar, Regional Manager (P & IR), gave away the prizes. — Principal Correspondent
