Bombay High Court poser in rape case

Mumbai: The Bombay High Court, taking suo motu notice of the rape of a German girl allegedly by the relatives of two ministers, asked the Goa government on Friday to file a reply explaining why the investigation should not be handed over to a specialised agency.
