THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kishor Kumar of Thiruvananthapuram has won the first prize in the colour section in the 21st National Photo Contest organised by the Photo Division of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India. Mr. Kishor Kumar’s photograph titled ‘Bull Race’ was selected for the first prize in the colour section of the contest which was held on the theme ‘Life and Environment’. The prize has a cash component of Rs.25,000. The prizes would be given away at a function in New Delhi in December, he said.
