HYDERABAD: North Coastal Andhra Pradesh escaped fury of nature on Sunday when the depression in the Bay of Bengal which lay about 400 km of east-northeast of Visakhapatnam turned into a deep depression but headed towards West Bengal-Bangladesh coast. A bulletin issued by India Meteorological Department stated that the storm was likely to cross West Bengal-Bangladesh coast on Monday afternoon. Meanwhile, the IMD forecast that there would be light to moderate rain in Coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema regions on Monday.
