The three-day session of the All-India Congress Committee concluded in Hyderabad on October 26 with a spirited exhortation by the President, Mr. U.N. Dhebar, to the Congressmen to rededicate themselves to the task of serving the country and uplifting the teeming millions of poor in India. Mr. Dhebar pointed out that the Congress was trying to build up a collective leadership in its ranks by providing opportunities to members at all levels – the mandal, taluk, district, Pradesh and all-India units.
