Divij finishes runner-up

New Delhi: India’s Divij Sharan failed to carry on his giant killing form and finished runner-up in the ITF Futures tennis tournament, losing the final against fourth seed Kamil Capkovic of Slovakia in three sets in Lagos.

The unseeded Divij gave his fancied Slovakian opponent a tough fight before going down 6-4, 4-6, 6-4 in the final of the $15,000 hard court event. — PTI
