A happy Diwali

SOME CHEER: Members of stock traders’ families watch as they trade during the special Diwali trading session at the Bombay Stock Exchange in Mumbai on Tuesday. They had reason to feel happy, for the benchmark Sensex index rose by 498.52 points – or 5.86 per cent -- to 9,008.08 after two days of losses.
