Youth held with fake passport

CHENNAI: A 23-year-old youth from Perambalur was arrested when he attempted to board a Sharjah-bound flight with a fake passport.

According to Immigration authorities said when P.Chandra Kumar came to complete the Immigration formalities, his passport was found to be that of someone else. He was detained and handed over to the Airport police. Later he was remanded to judicial custody, the Immigration authorities added.
