NEW DELHI: Three teenagers drowned in the river Yamuna at New Usmanpur here on Tuesday. Adil, Nazim and Qasim, all residents of Brahmpuri, had gone to catch fish in Pehla Pushta. Around 5 p.m. on Tuesday, they entered the river for a swim, but drowned. Their bodies were later fished out by trained divers and handed over to their families. © Copyright 2000 - 2009 The Hindu |
